Bol Bol Out for Season

7’2″ Oregon Freshman Bol Bol announces he is out of the remainder of the season

Oregon freshman Bol Bol announced he will be forced to sit out of the rest of his season due to an injury. The 7’2″ center had surgery on Thursday to repair a non-displaced fracture of the navicular bone in his left foot. In a statement put out on his social media pages, Bol stated that Oregon was his dream school, and was the best time of his life. It is unclear as of now how this will effect his draft stock, and the draft as a whole. If this proves to be a minor medical set back for Bol then he will most likely still be a top 5 pick, and it would have to become a major issue for the freshman to fall outside of the top 10.

Bol’s stats this season in 9 games played: 21 Points/9.6 Rebounds/2.7 Blocks
